Wait, you aren't by chance coming to town on Saturday (or tomorrow through Saturday) by any chance are you? If so, SuperAuctions has an event running nearby this weekend (Saturday, if you hadn't guessed).
Those who don't know what SuperAuctions does may be pleased to know that they auction amusement equipment (read: arcade games, by the dozen - cocktail, cabinet, cabaret, immersives [shooters, riders, big-screens, etc.]) and since the market's gone south, they've gone pretty cheap. I picked up a Street Fighter II: CE for $10 (to be fair, it had a bad monitor chassis) and most older games go between $50 and $250 intact and running. If you're in town this weekend and have a couple hours to kill, it's worth going.
As for fun stuff? We have a drive-in theater about an hour south of Fort Worth on I-45; a few nice clubs in Dallas; Dealy Plaza and the Depository, of course; Funimation is down here as well, not sure if they do tours, though; SpeedWay on what, I-35(?) - nice arcade, go-kart track to die for (which I think is what Triton was talking about); the original Six Flags which, eh... it's not all that great, but perhaps I'm jaded.
Places in Ft. Worth to go
