If I ever make a forums system, I will implement a system that will allow moderators and admins to add a "pagebreak-block" to their posts.
Oh yes.
@ghosstt, stop being ridiculous. They're not going to arrest you because you pirated some atari games. and even if they wanted to, it wouldn't stop them if somebody else uploaded the video.
but sure, I'll do it, if you really want to be that paranoid.
Personally, one great use I find for downloading and playing ROMS is to see if I like a game; if I like it and find myself playing it for a few minutes, I buy the game off e-bay or car boot sales, if I don't I delete the ROM anyway. This is very useful to "test-before-you-buy" for NES, 2600, MegaDrive and SNES games especially. I have a very large catalogue of game carts as a result - these old games are very cheap now! I see this as a positive argument for using ROMS for personal use - evaluation purposes - after all, you can't play demos of them although you can Google for screenshots of games.
I showed someone Tetris Attack yesterday on my SNES, she loved the game so much that she is going to buy it on her Wii - (for the same sort of price I had bought an original SNES cart!).
Problem with buying retro Nintendo games to play on the Wii is when you get rid of the Wii you will lose all the old games - having the original carts and playing on original hardware stops this being an issue.
Think about it. So many people do this and post videos. There not going to sue you. Heck, the most they'd do is a cease and desist letter. But heck, they WONT even go that far.
They're not making any money off most of the games anyway. Buying an Atari game used only gives money to the seller. That's how I justify it. To answer your question though, it's not legal unless you own the game, but I don't think the folks who own the rights to these games are really making any effort to stop it. I'd go for it. It's not like your making the ROMs available, and no one will know for sure that you don't own a copy of those games.

That makes no sense at all. If you're the type of person that keeps systems then you would keep your Wii as well right?
Why would someone get rid of their Wii if they have games that they want to play on it? You make it sound like everyone has to eventually get rid of their Wii, but not their older(possibly dying) systems.

Wii goes for a lot of money compared to what it should. And I'm sure a lot of people will get rid of their wiis. In fact my gamestop already has like 3 used wiis for sale.

ts not going to go for a lot once it gets as old as the NES and SNES are now.. Ever think of it that way?
Quit being paranoid, the government doesnt have time to throw you in prison for downloading a few movies/games illegally, its like jaywalking or going 71 on the highway.
