It also has a keyboard, and can it can be programmed for without the manufacturer crapping their pants. Screen is also higher resolution. Personally, if I had the choice between an iPhone/Touch and a N810 (with only the internal memory) for free, I'd take the N810. Just seems a lot better for what I'd use it for.
The N810 looks great on paper, but there are several reasons I wouldn't purchase it for the sole reason of web browsing. Sure, it's great at what it does, but the internet feature on it, while zippy fast, has a poor navigation interface, just like most mobile internet devices. Not to mention the card swapping gets tiresome (PSP, anyone? :P ). If you want something different, go with the Archos 605 Wifi. It's got everything you desire and then some. The GUI is kinda ugly, and it's a bit big, but it functions not only as an excellent PMP, but an awesome multimedia device when you get the docking bay. The Touch still trumps all for what you're looking for, though. Why exactly are you getting rid of it? The grass isn't always greener on the other side, you know!
