How hard were the CRT projectors to setup? I have read they are a real PITA to calibrate, and need to be recalibrated on a regular basis.

not too bad really, quick semi accurate setup only takes mebe 10 minutes to get it bolted down and dialed in perfect takes maybe 45 minutes for all adjustments (focus aiming trapezoid keystone skew stretch and so on)
