I think the founder of Dell computers was a drop-out.

And Dale Earnhart jr (or however you spell it.) was a drop-out, but he doesnt count cause his dad helped him get into nascar.

Yes, Bill Gates I believe was, although William Gates III (his formal name) had a rich family worth millions, he made millions into billions however.

The examples I gave were originally poor people with fantastic business acumen - Alan Sugar originally sold in a market stall area but made his millions; Richard Branson stated out selling record albums on the University building roof; both are tycoons, self-made rich (unlike Bill Gates who was rich anyway). Marks & Spencers started out as a market stall; so did Tesco and Sainsburys. Google them.

The point in regards to qualifications is this - if you have common sense, hard worker, works smart, focussed to succeed, then you will do: if you don't have these qualities, you will be average only.

What I was saying though is that you need to have a serious word with your parents and try and make them better parents - if not, save up to leave home and don't look back....
