Anyways, I saw it on the front page of the downloads and thought, "That's in Elite Beat Agents! It's gotta be good!"

Naw, anything in elite beat agents in the ntsc version is crap. That game sucks if you don't just get the Japanese version. And about the up and down arrow thing it might just be that your keyboard doesn't let you push both at the same time. I had that issue so I just switched to using asdf and now I can do everything fine and I switch back to the arrow keys if I'm not doing keyboard only songs.

Exactly. When I'm playing a rhythm game I want some J-pop or techno or something with a quick beat that plays well, unless the gae has some odd controller that lends itself to other types of music such as Samba De Amigo or Guitar Hero.

never listened to J-Pop but I did hear a J-Ska band once. Didn't know it was possible but it was even worse than regular ska.

You don't know what level of awesomeness you are missing. Look up Judy and Mary, The Yellow Monkey, ORANGE RANGE, Jindou and 403. 403 is technically J-Metal, and The Yellow Monkey is J-Rock but they pwn.
