No, not really. Each case would involve the computer choosing a stolen item, criminal, and the criminal's travel path at random.

But seriously, I'm surprised no one has taken this to heart and began working on such a project.

And by the way, it would be perfect if they also ported it to other systems, like the Dreamcast.

What i find surprising is that people have these idea's yet won't spend the time to learn to code or take the easy way out and use a damn free engine that can do it yet they still don't wanna script.

Either learn or use a game creator tool or don't bother posting about it cause really who would want to spend the time creating the game for someone who has an idea unless it was a community thing

It would be a community thing. A group would do the code, another does the music, another does the visuals, and me and a few others oversee development.

And there is NO game engine out that would accommodate what I wanna do or see.
