GOW Master: vacuum-forming would be perfectly fine, provided you do it right. there is plenty of material out there, and even on this forum for you to read though. i believe dkap's xbox portable was vacuum formed. check out his pictures for some inspiration.

dk im totally with you on this. its expected for us to not expect much from a newcomer unless hes come from somewhere else with a good rep or rightoff the bat showing us something awesome or at least requires some skill
