awesome gannon, the case looks really good too. it looks like you cut everything to fit perfectly. really small looking also.

Kind of looks like my old NESp case, which I've abandoned because I couldn't bondo very well

Just sat down (well..actually stood the entire time) and finished the bondo step. Next step is to find/buy some sand paper and get to work smoothing everything out, then paint it.

In the 3rd pic you can see I mixed too much bondo at first, so a lot of it dried before I could use it

Nicely done! And that's gotta be a first; doing bondo work on a portable thats already assembled

Well, did a quick sand/paint a few days ago with black gloss, and I now realize why not to use it (really brings out the imperfections

)
For now it works, but when I have the free time I'll resand/paint
