Pinnacle supports green screen, so if your looking to do a lot of you with various clips in the background, I'd give Studio 9 a try.

cool, so... would a green tarp work? I've seen some pictures of people using a green screen and it is basically a green tarp

Do you really need a backdrop? I know someone that makes star wars fan films, and he just puts the camera on a tripod, records a few seconds of just the background, and then does the stuff without moving the camera.
He has made a video of himself with 4 arms, it was pretty cool.

... Probably... depends on how solid the color is, I would think. If the tarp's full of wrinkles and such (like the kind of tarp I'm thinking about would be), then that might 'cause problems. If I were you, I'd opt for a really heavy, yet smooth (tightly woven) green cloth. It shouldn't be too very expensive if you get it from the right place. They usually sell it in linear feet, so...

Okay, I acquired a copy of Pinnacle Studio 9.... but every time I try to install it my computer freezes up when I try to install some sounds. What should I do? I really need this program so I can make my video :(
