Inverting right stick x-axis on 360 controller...

Get a DPDT switch and wire it like so:

Pinout of joystick:

 1
 2
 3
    4 5 6

Wiring schematic for DPDT Switch:

                    Pin 1 - X   X - Pin 3
                    Pin 4 - X   X - Pin 6
Original trace from Pin 4 - X   X - Original trace from Pin 6

(Remember to cut the traces). When the switch is in the up position, the stick will invert. Push the switch down to go back to normal.

EDIT: It looks like for pin 4, since it is directly connected to the groundplane, you'll have to desolder the pin, and either clip it so that it doesnt stick through the PCB, then solder a wire to it on the other side, or else desolder it, make sure it isn't shorting, then dab a little hot glue on it to make sure it stay in position.
