mA is instantaneous current (like reading the speedometer in a car), mAh is the integral of current over time (or the odometer: integral of velocity over time).
When you do steady-state DC circuit analysis, you are not concerned with time. All currents should be stated in mA. techncially.
Gamecube voltage... NO WAY does it ACTUALLY need 12V...

About the power stabilization... what do you suppose I could do about that? I mean... I know it's not an easy task... building a quad output PSU, so what would you suggest? Have any experience in the field? >.> I thought it would be as easy as adding some smoothing caps... but I see where you're coming from, and... hmm... I think I need to re-figure some things.
As for the two of you that said you'd buy PSUs from me... well, AWESOME and THANKS!
Oh, and to the Wii fanboys... here's the thing: I already have a Gamecube. I can get a Gamecube for $59.99 used at EB, and I won't feel as bad tearing it apart. Also, I know more about the Gamecube's insides. If I get a Wii, I WON'T be ripping it apart. I'll just be playing it. The biggest reason for me wanting to do a GC laptop is because all of these parts I can buy ONE AT A TIME. It'll be easier for me to buy a Gamecube for $60 one day and the $50 component video cable another day, than it would be for me to blow $250 on a Wii (if I can even find one). As long as I have my copy of SSBM in it at all times, a GC laptop will be just fine for me... for now.
