portable power supply for Wii

What? That's not expensive! Try blowing 100 bucks on batteries.

Never seen a battery array like that before, looks like a 3-year-old was designing it.

$45 is NOT a lot of money for batteries. Besides, the average laptop battery in a consumer store up in the tri-state area is around $130.

How does the Wii take that 12V feed? Directly where the external power supply connects to the main unit?
Also, I still need battery recommendations for my Wii. I'm planning on using a Psone screen... The draw on that is around 750mah with the regular backlight?
EDIT: Heh, nice battery... 10 rechargeable C in series. It's cheap, but you'd need a charger. That makes it kinda expensive....

My Gamecube power pack works on my Wii, but not as long.. I'm lucky to get 20 minutes of use out of it. It does draw more power.
