It's easiest to get into betas for PC games, since many console developers do in-house testing. For example, in most cases, to beta-test for Xbox you need an XDK or something along those lines so you can even load the game, they don't even think about making a playable DVD until all the glitches are out of it, or it would cost too much. You should just upgrade your computer and try to get into some PC game tests, that would be the easiest. Also, don't be picky about the company, just get whatever you can to start off with.
