Can you get GBA games to run on a SNES? Or vice versa?

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

ok this being said and done there is only one option, buy a gp2x it emulates BOTH!
