Noone is dumb enough to sue over this bs. I mean, even if they did, Shiguro miyamoto would be all, "Its yo problem *****. Read the dang disclaimer."

Or, when you turn on the wii, it will be like turning on the ds. lol

I voted never not because I don't think one will make it to court, but because there's absolutely no grounds and will be laughed out. For one making it to court, I vote by the end of the year. With something like this, Nintendo will have disclaimered the console to death.

And, remember, DDR has the little warning labels all over it, so that's probably why they haven't been sued. Plus, you're way more likely to use a home console more than an arcade machine.

Now see if he had just been using a front projection system like he's supposed to, the most expensive thing he'd have to buy is some drywall compound.

I like my projector, even if it was designed for PowerPoint slides.

A good reason why I will never play my Wii (When I get it) in front of the plasma screen. I guess I'll be limited to my good old CRT screen for now.
