Do NOT push on a touch screen pixel!!!!!!!!

The touch membrane thing is over the actual screen, so you'd wreck your touch screen if you did that.

For that reason, pushing only worls for the top screen.
Somebody made a ROM that just flashes very rapidly to bring back stuck pixels.

Hey, there's a difference between rubbing/pushing gently & rubbing/pushing very hard. Just get the stylus (or your dull fingernail) & rub gently...

Can't you take it apart and take the touch screen off and then push the screen? Just wipe off the screen afterwards, or you'll have a smudge that can't be removed from the out side.

True story: When I got my GBA SP a while ago, I had to bring it back to EB FIVE TIMES before I got one without any dead pixels. I don't trust Nintendo when it comes to screens. BAAAAD.

Did you buy the SPs used? It could be that people sold them to EB because there were dead pixels.
