I really can't help you with any of that stuff, sorry. School (and learning in general) has always come easy to me, and girls just aren't that high on my priority list (but that doesn't mean I don't know my way around  ). My advice: Emotional attachment to that extent is futile. Not only have you just put your friendship on the line, but you've probably wrecked your possible love-life as well. At such an early stage, even if you were to start seeing each other, you'd most likely go your separate ways and lose your infatuation with each other. Next time, DON'T JUMP THE GUN. Wait until a time where you can start a more serious relationship that'll possibly get you somewhere. Either that, or just forget about her. Sounds tough, I know, but it's definitely doable. Sorry if I sound heartless, but that's just the type of guy I am.

Klef your asking a whole bunch of videogame players.. for girl advice.. Nice.

Well I can help you, at home Im a nerd, at school Im romantic, and actually help others get girls.
(Im serious there)

If you dont understand why your still in love well, love has no bounderies, it cant be held back, it can be hid but not forever. Love cant just go away, even if you get rejected, get into a fight, even if you move, love is always there.

You also have to have capital, you gotta be a "casa nova", you cant just sit around all day talking about Videogames and stuff, just be funny in class, be the class clown, make people laugh. Girls like me because I have a russian accent (they love it), but other then that, they like me becuase I play dumb, Im smart and I do my work, but Im in the lowest grading system.

Dont play dumb though, only if you 100% positive it will work, also be yourself but do not be "nerdy" at the same time.

Hope this helps. (Ive kinda relaxed and havnt gave anyone advice, since I have tonsilitis and my brains shutdown for the summer)

EDIT: Chrono, let him speak his mind, its the best thing he could do in a relationship. Expressing your feeling at the wrong time CAN be awkward, but most girls truely love it, as they know your unexpecting. Also, when you say that your love someone, actually mean it to yourself and her, as you dont want any hearts broken.

My reccommendation: Forget the whole g/f thing until college or later. It's not like you're going to find a wife in high school, and you're just putting undue pressure on yourself.
Just because "everyone else" has a girlfriend, doesn't mean you've gotta have one.

That was my mentality, yes. That is logical, oh so logical. I never was "looking" for anything. Love found me.

Couldn't have said it better myself, marshall!

If love hunts you down, kill it. On second thought, that probably sounds too painful for your situation, (judging by your obsession,) so just run faster. Find a serious activity to get your mind and body away from that chick. Me? I do martial arts and am now seriously getting into golf (both VERY time-consuming). Add that onto school, portablizing, and now learning VB6, I can look a hot girl who asks me out in the eye and honestly say I don't have any time for a GF. Take my advice, and marshall's. It'll save you, man. Plus, they cost a lot of money  !

Marshall, although you arent going to get married in high school, that doesnt mean dont date.

Dating helps to make things more interesting/ help pass the time, and unless you hook up at parties a GF is your best bet for action on a weekly basis

I do mixed martial arts, but that doesn't really draw my love away any...

Hmm...can't really say anything which other people haven't, or which wouldn't be overly cynical.

If love "finds you," but the girl has no interest in you, than it isn't love at all, but just a simple crush. I had a crush once. Later on I watched as young high school students snuggled or kissed during classes and in the halls, and I decided that such baseless and uninspired social rituals had little place in my life. I do believe I will find someone, but that someone will appeal to my own hobbies, interests, and lifestyle, and vice versa.

Your poor grades are probably the result of you putting forward little effort during classes. Your parents may also have done a poor job at giving you the basic learning skills a child needs. If not those things, then you do indeed have some mental dissorders, and you need to find a treatment that works.

Bah, falling in love sucks. You should just try to forget about the girl, go out a little more and you'll find plenty of other girls. Just ask for their number or something

I don't really understand the whole school system in the USA but getting a girlfriend at school is not a good idea imho. I can't anyway cause there are only like 10 girls in my school (and 1300 boys, no seriously!). It's a pain but you just gotta go out man. I went out monday and I got some numbers. Not that I will ever be their boyfriend but it helps you get more experienced with social contacts.

How true.

As for A.D.D.
Just because you can sit and read a novel for hours on end does not mean you don't have add. I have add and can read books for hours too. The thing with add is that it is hard to concentrate on things that don't interest you, like school. Even with medication it you still have to want pay attention to the boring stuff. The meds are just to help you.

I have no experience with girls out side of being friends. Now is not a good age to get heart broken. (not that it's ever good.) It took a lot of guts to tell her that you lover and I respect that. It may be best though to worry about girls later in life, like after your done with school. I wish you the best of luck.

Some people think I have ADD. I can only apply myself to things like revision in the last 3 days before the exams...

1. It makes you socially inept: Ok, this isn't everybody, but many homeschooled kids don't have much social contact, and become hisitant to strangers, and don't know how to comunicate. This one kid LIVES at our camp (his dad is the director) and he's homeschooled. Possibly the most annoying kid I've ever known. He doesn't know how to hold a conversation or anything.
Okay, look... shut up. You know what? No, I don't have a lot of friends and no, I don't really "get out" much. But I don't have ANY problems communicating with anyone I meet. Even the weirdo, serial killer people you're talking about. My aunt used to feel the same way about me, and always came down on my mother about home-schooling. She used to say things about how I would wouldn't ever have any friends because I would lack social skills, or how I wouldn't be able to get a girlfriend if she kept me out of public school. But once she saw how polite and social I was when she visited a few months ago, she completely changed her mind.

I, for one, am not "socially inept," and I don't appreciate your generalization. Why don't you learn how to spell at public school before you start bashing home-schooling?
