Anything worth modding on my gbasp?

Yeah. I used to have a plastic shell that could make it feel like holding a gc controller. I just opened up the gc controller, now for the sp's...

Is the controller avalible for cheap (just the board?)

well, thanks to my bro, the dpad's board is broken off. and the rumbler thingy and cstick is gone. I took it apart cuz the controlstick was loose, and the cable got destroyed in the vaccume.

I'd sell it if its usefull...

oh, and update on the progress:

Dpad shaved down to fit. holes for a+b n64 button will be made start + select buttons will be imported from broken half, and I will paint it. I'm thinking about ordering that chip. Is it easy to install?

Well, now the sp is ready to be closed back together, but I cant get it to turn on! Can anyone help pinpoint? also... I drilled it open. It went through the circuit board holes and made them bigger...... anything vital around those holes?

Why didn't you just use a small flat head screwdriver?! I dunno if anything vital is by them, usually it is just ground for a few millimeters on each side.

There is a site out there with a guy who hooked up a video capture device to a GBA. I found the same pins he used on the GBA SP as well, so the thing shouldnt be much different.
