Rune Scape has and will always such, as long as it java based. It sucks so bad that my friends and I call it RUN ESCAPE! (if you notice it spells runescape still). The one Sword_Gun posted looks kinda interesting...

You don't need to pay for service for either of those MMO's, though PlanetSide does limit you to LVL 6 (which is plenty high for you to get grenade launchers, tanks, artillery plasma weapons, and etc). You don't even need to supply credit card info (like with those 30 day free periods). Just download, get the key in the email, and play.
