EDIT: To go to E3 you have to contribute to the gaming industry, and that's it. You could be a clerk at a Blockbuster and be eligible. And E3 is closed to anyone who doesn't have anything to do with the industry.

Let's not be throwing around insults, now. If you look it through, one will see that the Wii has a very good shot at becoming the next console great. Look at the business aspects; Nintendo's fanbase in Japan is now higher than ever because of the DS, and since the Wii will have DS compatibility, it will increase the number of players. Sure, the Wii may not be as technologically powerful as it's competitors, but it's marketing strategy (with the exception of the name) is not half bad. Notice I'm not mentioning the 360. Well, that's because it's not even in the running. Too many mistakes, too soon, and too little fan support. Bad marketing, as well. The fanbase is nonexistant for Microsoft in Japan, so bye bye, 360! The only department in which Nintendo is clearly losing is 3rd party support. Sony has some of the strongest names in gaming, i.e. Square-Enix (need I say more?). Nintendo hopes to conquer these powerhouses with mere Mario and Zelda games, which is not practical. Another advantage to the Wii is it's new way of playing games. I guarantee you that the Wii will have the most innovative controls ever. Oh, and when you throw in the fact that it can play old games AND emulated ones....

Or, do like I do and buy both the Wii and PS3 !

Hehe, you're a fanboy. And yes, I think the Wii and PS3 are gonna win. XBox 360 has no chance, it has yet to utilize the extremely hot (and when I say hot, I meaning physically hot) hardware. PS3 and Nintendo have the fans, and Nintendo attracts kids and adults.

And don't say the Wii won't attract adults just because it's called Wii. I personally know many, yes, I know MANY adults, that are buying the Wii, regardless of the name.
