Well, He doesnt have Internet so He cant get Smit rem.

and Why do I need to Run Defragmentor In Safe Mode?
(Becuase IF I make a Error, It could be Fixed If Its done in Safe mode?)

I run it in safe mode because Windows doesn't load all sorts of boot junk, so it doesn't need to use the Virtual Memory page file as much. It reduces the number of times it restarts because the "drive's contents changed". (thta's really annoying, and it makes the whole process take longer.)
