No, those people just say that to defend themselves so they don't goto jail (or don't get as bad of a sentence)

Eh, you can't say that and base it on fact. It's an opinion, even if it may be true in some cases. By the way, Harsh, is your website down? It won't show up when I click the link, or type in the URL.
By the way, that "guy in the wheelchair" is Joe Swanson. And yes, I've seen it.

GTA: 5600ish, only 5% of those where deliberate (i crash.... a lot).
Real life: 0 (yet, mwahaha!)
