Lies! I help handle two forums. I dont think we have any more then what maybe 12 mods. Thats not too many. The only thing we have an issue here is that we have a lot of member accouts that are likely not used.

If people could change their own titles, you know how many Senior Members, Moderators, and Admin we wouldd have? We would have every loser noob who joined setting their title as "Admin". I think either leave it like it is now, or give mods the ability to set titles, and users could aend requests to us.
