This is is by far the best I've seen, that distorts your vision for a few seconds...
Open this file in WMP and set it to loop. Stare at it for about 20 seconds (works better if it's full screen [use alt-enter]). Then, look at something else on your desk... Freaky!

Over at a apple orchard by me there is a part of their hunted barn they have what's called the black hole. Its a steel walk way (with railing on either side) and around it is a cylinar that is black with a white dot pattern. Well when you walk through this thing you feel like your falling to one side.

Now THAT is cool! I have an pic of Master Chief on my desktop, and it looked like the explosions behind him were moving! If only I could keep my vision distorted longer and play Max Payne that way... Thanks for sharing!marshallh wrote:This is is by far the best I've seen, that distorts your vision for a few seconds...

Here's one. Stare at the 3 dots for a bit, then look off at something (preferably white, like paper, or a portion of your monitor), blink and see.

You should see a color Kate Beckinsale, star of Underworld 2 - The Search for More money.
I asked my optomotrist about this once (not sure how it came up) and I guess your eye basically "burns in" an inverted version of whatever you're looking at. Obviously a B&W inverted line-art is best (like the Jesus one) but if you invert a color picture and stare as shown here, some inverted color (in this case skin tones) can be burnt into your eye as well.

i watch some show where they told whatever color you are staring on longer time makes your eye more sensetive for the opposive of the collor and so if you're staring at some thing whit you will see it
