I've started to cut some holes in my case and when I put a button in to test my clearence I found that it was a few milimeters to tall. It hits the top of the heatsink. Now the heatsink on the SNES keeps the RF from getting interfeared with but what I want to know is are there any disadvantages to removeing the heatsink on the PSOne or dose it really matter at all? Thanks in advance.
trim the top of the heatsink to make it fit. if it gets to hot, just add a fan . or you gould get one of those broad thin heatsinks from a 486 CPU an add a fan. that's probably what i'm doing for my n64p. playstaton is only about 33mhz so it shouldn't get too hot
