*wonders if I have started interest in multi-systems?*

It will be interesting to see, if someone makes an alternative multi-platform system to mine, if it compares to my old, first attempt one, or better; I doubt it will be up to the standard of my current one I am working on - that will kick major ass.

Okay, somehow he broke it and wants a refund. I cannot give him a refund, I am under no obligation to, it worked perfectly fine when I put it into the box, and I have a video to prove it. He even told me he tried to open it. :?

Any advise?

Ask him for a video showing what he did to it. If it is a simple fix, have him send it to you and have him pay shipping both ways. If it is beyond a simple fix, then tell him he's screwed.
