I couldn't the program I wanted to use. But just the same using another program. I did a test resize of one of the pictures you wanted. Here's the results:

Thats nice. Very nice. But I think it would look very bad at my specified measurements, wouldnt it?

Its gonna look like crap no matter what, all you can get is less crappy.
Seriously, just resize it yourself, you're probably going to need a program to print it on several pages.
