Horrible packers. First order with them, I got an X-Box screen. It was thrown in a cardboard box and taped shut. Since the screen was still in the original packaging, it was fine. I just got a gamecube and some wireless controllers. HUGE box, and the items were just thrown in it. Some stuff's rattling around in the gc, so I need to wait for my gamebits to take it apart.
I also realize these are used items, but even so, it'd be nice if they'd wipe the dog hair off before they packed them. Just be warned, their packing skills blow.

yeah, i can second this. they do seem to always just throw the items into a box and tape it shut. luckily, i've only bought screens. they've always been in their original packaging and then in a box close to the actual size.
they call me the Queen of Bondo, though maybe i should be called the Queen of Epoxy Putty
