Need help on picture editing.

Well I can't edit pictures at all so I was wondering if anyone here could do it. So http://img461.imageshack.us/img461/3919/longshotem8.jpg
is the image I would like edited so where there are white dots in an area could you please color that white and the rest black.

Still a WIP, done in Flash 8. If that image is too big, let me know and I"ll smallify it.

It's not exact, because I take the "meh, close enough" approach.

Man, I love drawing in Flash! So much easier then anything else!

Flash is nice, but for stuff like this I usually use Photoshop.

Too bad I have to reinstall all my programs.

Yeah, Flash is great for tracing stuff! (And making animations and games, I guess...) It's got all the fun of Vector without the annoying learning curve of BÃ©zier handles!

Has anybody tried using Blender? It looks amazing, but hard to use. There are online tutorials available, but I just don't know If it'll be worth it to master.
