SUMMER 2007!!! (and the dreaded finals)

Seeing as we have one of these types of threads every year, I figured it was just about time to start one!

This is my last "real" week of school, as the week after this consists of 3 half days for final exams. So psyched! I can't wait for summer. I've been getting consistently lazier over the past week or so, which normally signals the coming of my favorite season!

I'm intending to go on a modding frenzy as soon as school gets out, so hopefully I can get some good material from MGC this upcoming weekend. I'm starting up an arcade cabinet project that I hope to have done for a family reunion, as well as maybe making a couple of NOAC or SNESp's for my younger cousins, just to give them a taste of the classics. Might be going to Quantico Bay (the place where they train FBI agents) as well, should be fun!

So, when do you guys get off (if you aren't already), what plans do you have for the summer, modding or otherwise, and how do you intend to get past finals?

I get out on the 26th (damn Canadian schedules, oh well we go back later then you anyway) and plan on spending half of my time doing electronics and modding, and the other half doing musical stuff such as building a guitar (Khaag, we'll have to see compare

) and practicing with my band. You'll be seeing a lot more of me around!

Well i get out on the 27th? I think. All i plan on doing this summer is collecting more and more games for my collection and playing the $hit out of them. Other than that i may ACTUALLY try and start on a portable maybe... possibly... Probably not

my finals start tuesday, And this summer I plan to not play as much console games, but more PC games. I just discovered the joy of torrents, and now have the complete pantera discography on my PC. oh and 5 gigs worth of ROMs

also, last summer, my main form of hanging out with my friends was aim. this summer we are actually doing things outside IE making movies. White house of music, a local music store is having a sale, and im getting an acoustic guitar. my brother has 2 electric guitars and non-hippy music is getting annoying around here.

My last day is tomorrow, with my last two finals: Algebra 2 and Biology. After that, my friends and I are going to see Spiderman 3. And this summer I plan on possibly finishing my NOACp.

I lol at you poor people, I got out May 30th.
Since theres finals mentioned here, I got 96% on my Biology and 91% on my English end of levels (10th grade).

lol i was done with school like the 17th of may and im graduated with no college till august 27th! i dont think our school really does any of that finals crap where you cram for junk and stuff like that, its stupid lol

I've got Finals on Thursday and Friday, then a day to go next Monday....then I'm done.

No job this summer...so...Yea, I'm gonna be REALLY Bored.

Yeah, I've been done with school since May 10th, with my last tests on Monday (AP Physics...easy

) and Tuesday (crap subjects that I didn't even study for

!).

So my summer will primarily consist of going to Portugal and relaxing before starting college.
