Classic Computing and Gaming Show 2007!!!

Post by CronoTriggerfan »

Well, as Memorial Day weekend fast approaches, so does the annual CCAG Show! I went last year, and I must say, there was a large number of vendors, gaming folks, and even some fellow benheckers! I'll be there again this year, with even more cash to spend and people to see. It moved locations from last year, but if it's anything like it was then, it's gonna be great! Anyone think they can go?

This looks cool. But I dont really get it. What do you do there? Do you buy stuff? Or do you just look there? And do they only have older computer stuff or kinda recent games too? If they have Dreamcast stuff there I will buy everything!!!

They have everything gaming and computers. It's all stuff for sale, except for a few large collections that are just put up for show. There's also gaming booths set up to play, as well as an arcade setup to test cabs that are up for sale. And although it's mostly older stuff, there are a fair share of new games, even rare ones and imports! And if I recall correctly, there were 2 booths last year that tailored specifically to the Dreamcast; seeing as this show is going to be even bigger than last year, it's safe to say the DC will be abundant.

I'm going to look at that site some more, but that would be nice to go to. I could make a day out of going there. Heading to Ohio is a hell of a lot easer then Wisconsin from my location, and I've been itching for years to attend something like a computer show/expo.

where IS it in Ohio, I mean since I live there Its a pretty good possibility that I can go, as long as its not anywhere near Cleavland, cause thats like 3hours from where I am (God forsaken Dayton) Hopefully Columbus because thats only an hour away.

EDIT: Can't go, its near Cleveland, why the hell is everything near or in cleveland, I never once saw any video game convention or whatever NOT in cleveland.

You hit the nail on the head, it's Cleavland. And yeah I can share you're animosity about a 3 hour trip (one way). It will be the same for me, because i know that its' a 2 to 2.5 hour trip to Sandusky, and that's right along the way.

When's all the Gaming conventions in Ontario?...

Seriously, give me a time and date for a Convention in Toronto and I'm there, complete with fellow geeks and a nerd shirt of your choice (Keep out of direct sunlight," or "If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate).

Who can tell me about this EXIMCON, since I seemed to have just missed the Great canadian Baycon.
Hey, sup?

There is one going to be in Toronto soon i think; I heard about it because someone made a Sudoku NES Homebrew and is selling his game at said convention.

Currently looking for an inside man to get me one.
