Getting "Free" Electronics! (Well cheap...)

Post by jleemero »

Read This Please!
This is not a way to get free stuff!
This is a way to get EXTREMELY cheap stuff!
DO NOT go to any "Free Stuff" site that hasn't been reviewed!

No, it's not free... But it's all cheap... Like, CRAZY cheap...

Method:
Congas!
Congas are a "chain" or "conga line" that allow multiple people to get their free items!
Wikipedia wrote:In an attempt to trump the system of referring friends through conventional means, more creative users have designed referral swapping websites to aid users in receiving referrals. One such form is known as the "conga line", a list in which a member starts at the top, and all new people signing up through his link and are then placed at the bottom of the line. Once the creator has gained the required amount of referrals he graduates and the next in line is moved to the top of the list, gaining the new entries referrals.
You see, the way REAL free stuff sites work, is that, you complete an "offer" which usually costs like, $20 or less, sometimes more, and refer friends who complete offers, giving you referrals! They then get referrals to get their free stuff and so on!

Code: Select all

1. Sign Up
2. Do Offer
3. Refer Friends with your "referral link"
4. They all do offers, giving you "referrals"
5. Once you have completed an offer and have enough referrals
6. You get your cheap item!

WARNING!!!
Do NOT just go Google "Free Stuff Congas"!!!

The ONLY conga site you should use is http://freebieauthority.com/!

Freebie Authority has a WONDERFUL conga system that works well!

Personally, I have gotten 3 items using their congas!

The Guide:

How to get your cheap item!
How to Get you Item! wrote: 1. Go to http://freebieauthority.com/ and sign up using your REAL e-mail address!! NOT a spam address!

2. Decide what you want! Let's assume you are going to get an mp3 player.

3. I recommend OfferCentric, so click "OfferCentric" under the "Proven Free Items" list on the left of the page.

4. Click "MP3 Player" under the "OfferCentric" list.

5. You will see what the site offers, although it generally is out-of-date, so the site has different stuff usually.

6. TURN OFF YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER!!

7. Click the "To Get Your Own MP3 Player, Click Here!" link!

8. Click "OK" on the message!

9. A window will open!

10. Keep both the FreebieAuthority window AND the OfferCentric window open!

11. Click the item you want! BTW, the "Cash" option sends money to your PayPal account.

12. On the OfferCentric webpage, type in a username you make up, and a password, check the "I Agree" thing, and click the "Step 2" button.

13. Click on one of the offers! I recommend Zooba, but it varies sometimes. Some offers cost more than others!

14. Once you complete an offer, click the "I have completed this offer" button.

15. Go to the "Refer Friends" page.

16. Look at the "Referral Link", copy that sequence of numbers at the end of it.
(ie. http://www.mp3players4free.com/default.aspx?r=808427, copy the 808427)

17. Go to the FreebieAuthority page, you should see something that says: "Join This Conga". It has a spot for your number, paste it there.

18. Click "Lets Conga!"

19. WAIT!!

20. Check your OfferCentric "My Status" page regularly!

21. Under "Offer Completions" you'll see: (Whatever Offer you did) Pending as Of: (something) N/A N/A

22. Eventually, it'll say that you have completed the offer.

23. Once it does, go to freebie authority!

24. After awhile, you will be moved into the "queue".

25. Once you are, kick back, relax, and WAIT!

26. After a LONG time (2 weeks to as much as MANY months) you will be at the top of the queue!!!!

27. Keep Checking your OfferCentric page! When you get a referral...

28. Go to FreebieAuthority, and go to your CongaUpdate page!

29. Select the Conga you're in!

30. At the bottom of the page, you'll see "Completions", click increase every time you get a referral!

31. Once you get your free item, click "Completed all Req's".

32. Your done! Enjoy! Be Happy!!!!

A LOT of sites are pyramid schemes that just steal your money...

OfferCentric, Traiin, and many others are real, freebieauthority has a list of proven ones.

I've gotten 3 things from OfferCentric, and am shooting for another!

It sounds too easy. Everyone would be doing this if it was that simple.

Who says it was "easy"?

It takes forever and still costs a bit of money...

Besides...

A lot of people do do this.

I've done it!

A lot of people think it's a scam, because MANY are, but a few aren't!

Check freebieauthority, they are a community of people who do this.
They have a list of proven sites they know are real.

OfferCentric is my favorite freebie site.
Them and I've heard AMAZING things about Traiin.

You'll get booted off the conga (assuming you're doing a conga).
That and you won't get credit on whatever site it is.

As for some pics of boxes, like I'd keep the boxes! I could get a pic of my DS and my PSP fer ya (the camera broke, but hey, I'm out like $16 er sumthin).

And Bagel, use a site off the proven list of freebieauthority.com
You'll be fine.
If you're really worried, go with OfferCentric, I've gotten three things from them. Now I'm going for a fourth too.

IMO this is a load of crap. I don't believe it. I signed up for something like this without my mum knowing and we got a helluva lot of mail, and i had to get a new email address. I think most of its fake.

Look a lot of the mare scams.
Those that have been proven, aren't.
If you have a problem with them, or think their fake, fine.

If you know of a specific site that is fake, tell us about it! Please!

As a side note, OfferCentric doesn't need your email address unless you do the cash option. Another reason I like them...

Conga lines, at least in the typical sense, are pyramid schemes. Traditional conga lines can only work (well, only work for the people near the bottum) if each item requires just one offer completion.

If you have a single person in the line, and the free item requires the completion of 10 offers, that person will need ten additional people to join the conga. For those ten people to get their items, one hundred additional people will need to join. For those hundred people to get their items, one thousand additional people would have to join, and so on and so forth. No matter how many people are processed, more will be needed.

The reason you get free stuff is because you attract many people to the hosts advertisements. It is viral advertising. The very principles behind it exclude the possibility of everyone gaining.

Unless these "legit" websites break that mold, they are and always will be scams.
