Limewire?
I have heard very conflicting results. Does limewire give you spyware? I would like to download it, but I dont want to copulate over our computer, but I really want this one thing, that I can't find anywhere else.

Ech! Yes. A long time ago I opened one and it had two options, "delete windows" and "close" and, of course, when you try to move your mouse over the close icon the program moved the cursor over the delete windows icon just as you clicked.
I had to reformat my PC after that since it did delete a few things before I reached the power button.

I've been watching this for a while, hoping it would stay on the topic of the program itself. It didn't and I've come to the decision that none of you actually think the rules are real. NO talking about illegal activities. AT ALL. Roms, piracy, anything.
Locked.

Sorry Luc, but I have to disagree with you on this one... he's talking about the Limewire program itself, which can be used to download stuff, but is still a legit program when used properly (it's kind of like how you can use Firefox to do some illegal stuff, like drug dealings or something, but it's not illegal)
I talked to gannon about it, and he agrees with me. Unclickifying powers, activate!
(just remember, don't post about the warez

I have a question, and I don't mean to hi-jack your thread but its the same topic.
Is downloading a ROM (say in Limewire) legal if you already own the game? As you can see, I'm new to the ROMz scene and need some advice so the FBI doesn't come to my door and hit me and my family with a baseball bat

I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...
