I'm a bit confused as to how I should go about re-wiring the controller so that i can mount the buttons on my case. Any links to wiring diagrams would be great

I have recently begun wiring up my portable N64, and have been using the TI PTH08080WAZ. However, i'm very confused about how I should wire this up to the battery, screen and the N64 itself, as a different chip (PTH08000waz) is used in Harshboys diagram which I have been following.
