Does anyone know what the name is of the internal hard drive that is already in my 20gb xbox hard drive. Can it be reformated to work on my laptop again?

i painted my xbox 360 flat black and its got the hdmi imput so basically it looks and works like a xbox 360 elite (without the 120gb hard drive). Would it be illegal to sell it on ebay as a xbox 360 elite system?

i know this is a extremely dumb question and i am new here so dont rag on me but could i use the av video cable that you use to hook your xbox to your tv to plug into the psone screen directly?
