If you used the tower of a Dell Dimension 8200, it could work nicely. Those towers were clam shell design, and damned if they aren't durable.

I've had similar issues, with a multitude of people, but it's been over the last few months.

It's both ways, it's because of electronics. Actual large pieces of electronics automatically need to be searched when x-rayed as to make sure it's not explosives and the such.
