kk i got some orederd but i need to no the best way to desolder and remove the parts

can i just buy any ol' 17v 1500uf 105c cap?

its one of the big ones that ben heck says to bend over in tutorial

iv tried adding leaded solder still no help. were can i get a new capacitor or can i fix?

ill post pics in the mornign but i broke off one of the caps and i cant get the hrd drive connector off. im tryn to use radio shacks desolderer and its spose to real good but its not working good for me. any tips?

right now im havin horrible troubles gettin gthe parts off the mobo

so i cant vacc-form it and vent it? i just figured it would look better and i dont no anythiin else that would vacc-form that good

i will just vac form the outside to give a good look the inside will still b bare metal kinda the same concept as the original 360 case

im thinkin that if the metal is sanded then it should form vacc over it

im getting ready to start a 360 laptop. im just wondering if i should use all sheet metal or plastic for the case. any feed back would be great. i have tools to do the case either way but i am trying to do it the fastes way. can i make the case in seperate pieces of sheet metal and vac form plastic ...
