this might not help but try hooking up the ground from the screen to the atari ground
if that doesn't work try this
change the pin-out but keep ground like in the picture the same

I just beat the new wolfenstein game
at first it was awesome to play a new wolfenstein game again i waved my arms around like a monkey on coke
but soon after the mutant scorpion spider thing it felt like i wasn't playing a new wolfenstein game anymore
the only thing wolfenstein about it was nazi's and the castle was only in the game ...
