I've changed all capacitors

it means that I didn't change on the PANEL REINFORCEMENT
but on the panel

SEGA GAME GEAR HELPPP
hi i have sega game gear console its hard to diagnose whats wrong with the console..problem looks like that when i turn on the console lcd blinks for few sec. power led is not light at all.only sometimes it blinks ..i will be thankfull id somebody can tell me what to do and help me to solve that ...
