what do the pins look like for the plug (in the system)? are any of the pins bent? when my 32X cable was bent the picture would go crazy and there was no sound, when I bent it back, everything worked perfect, I imagine bent controller pins would act similarly. At least they give good deals on games: NES and Genesis are 3 for $10 and Super NES is 3 for $12.
What place is this? It may be worth it to drive to Lafayette for a deal like that....

Yes, I live Baton Rouge. The place that I was talking about above was Gametrader in New Orleans. Their prices usually aren't that bad but for some reason they went crazy for the FC twin. Yeah...my bad...I meant two at 40 a piece (with shipping)...I love the system but don't think $80 would be worth it.....we do have a local classic gamestore out here in Louisiana that did sell them for 100 bucks at one point which is outrageous.......u could by both original systems for that much

I tried the switch deal and no luck with that....I'm just gonna get a new one and take the loss...buying the fc twin twice for $80 bucks I'd still worth the two systems in 1.....or 3 in my case LOL....thanks again for everyones help

thanks...well the official Nintendo controllers didnt seem to do the trick and I am still having the same issue described above. I opened up the Twin and looked at the chipset and everything seemed to be fine. I am at a total loss and go from having an FC Twin to a clone NES. :wink:
