If you dont mind some slight thread jacking I can post some pics of my GBC with psp battery, homemade charger, and built in charge port. I saw what you were doing and I decided I would do it myself.

To charge mine all I did was take an original psp power supply and attach it to the positive and negative leads, not the ones you used cause I think my batterys way different. Mine is working fine so far.

I hooked the grounds up and still nothing, but I dont think my 64 is dead yet. Because when the screen is just getting power from its regular adaptor you cant adjust volume or brightness, but when I turn my 64 on using the same adaptor from a different screen I had that outputs 1500 mAh I can do ...

My wire for video is twice as thick as the original wire for the screen so dont think thinness is the issue. Isnt hooking ground up just the black wire I have on the power of the 64 and the power of the screen that ends with the r/c car adaptor for the battery, then yes thats hooked up. But why isnt ...

Sometimes it does and like purple lines scroll down the screen like static or something like this http://img88.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picturebn4.jpg. So do you have any idea what I might have hooked up wrong?

Yeah when I bought it I made sure that it worked by testing it on my PS2. So the video signal just isnt working because of the wire. Thanks i'll try thicker wire to see if that works.
