As for programming I am sure that Tiger comes pre installed with a C++ compiler, Python interpriter and PHP installed although this aint hugely great features or even use by averae users.

Yeah front row is shipped with Tiger and it takes advantage of I life to use it. Eg play music from I tunes...thus should of used Media center.
