I'd just like to add to everyone who want to know how to be able to charge and play, so far you can only do so with an ac adapter for that.

The above diagram is shown in use here: along side the implementation of the AC adapter jack(allowing, for charging, and playing)

Can you explain what it means when it says 7.2v ac adapter on SS' diagram?
also can you explain what the switch positions do?
