so i should have asked this question earlier as my pth8000 just Fried.

im pretty new to this all and learning from my mistakes atm :)
i hooked up the pth8000 EXACTLY like on the pictures.

i used a 16v 100UF capicitator.

BUT..
i was doubt about the Resistor.

Making a battery charger

hiya guys,

ive got a batterypack from a friend's RC car its 7.2V and 4300mah.

but the charger is nowhere to be found is it possible to make a charger for this or does anyone know/can guess the range of Volts it will take.
and will the charger HAVE to b e be around 4300mah aswell ? or just around 7 ...

rewiring game port

i have always wondered.. cant i just connect the holes in the circuitboard with the Pin that used to Fit into it..
instead of soldering on those points besides it. as imo this would make a much tougher and more reliable connection.

hey guys,

i got a perfectly working portable dvd player. with AV in.
altho the problem is the remote is broken is there some way to put it in AV mode manually trough the circuit ?
or are remote commands some higher intelect that cant be done manually :P

eey guys,

im looking towards making my ps2 portable and doing the n64 for practise as this is my first attempt to try this.
but well you have to start somewhere.

i found this battery pack thats 9v and whops out 8500mah. i know this is far more then the ps2 unit does but wont this mean it will ...
