can someone point me to a place that sells the relevant dc dc converters to change 7.2v to 3.3v and 5v?

Ohrite so with a DC DC convertor I can bypass the 7805 and just feed the board 5v straight?

Sorry for my noobish questions I'm not good with this stuff

I've been hanging around for awhile now back on the old forum aswell.

I finally registered.


Anywho what i am getting at is does the N64 really need 12v isn't it just wasted by the 7805 in the form of heat?
