I made an account on these forums just so I could help the rest of the people who find this link, by saying that the AC Adapter polarity for the Game Gear is: Tip (+) positive, Outer (-) negative. And the adaptor is 9VDC.
Are you sure about the polarity? It must be USA specific then. I got one ...
