Polycase.com is your best bet by the way you described it.
With their cases, you can either cut all the holes yourself or frankencase it. I recommend getting a ZN-40 or ZN-45 if it is your first time.

I think he means what material? do you want to vacuum form one or cnc cut it or something? What exactly are you asking?

I want to build a hand made one, I want to buy a plastic box and cut it up to a case to my liking,

but I do not know what necasarily make's a good case the aspects

well how else am i meant to detail it

I need to build a case that will house all my chips that i have gathered, also how do i put the chips above each other but at the same time stationary so it doesnt touch each other and burn up

and what makes a good case, comfort, the positioning of the button ...

yeah im coompletley lost on this

the gamecube pad circut only expands about the size of my screen, so I do not understand how i am meant to get all the bottons on the opposite sides of the screen if the board doesnt reach that far enough

Okay, basically, Grounding is completing the circuit, a good example is a pylon, they are the massive poles all over the world which distribute electricity to peoples homes.
They usually have big signs near them saying 'DO NOT CLIMB'... For obvious reasons.

I am reading the gamecube portable guide on this website and it tells me to put this wire to pin so and so and connect it to pin so and so, im looking at the pins and there not numbered or anything so how do i know what pin number is what?

The digital AV port lets you display the cube in 480p, but the cables for that are very hard to come by. Don't remove that yet though; I've heard it causes issues when removed or something like that. so i took apart my gamecube last nigh and i came acroos this port, i think thats what you call it, it's right by the Analalog av out, it's called Digital av out,
