I was wondering what are some meathods for homemade cases that arent too pricey? can I just melt down like 100 plastic forks and spoons into a mold or is it more complicated then that?

The only thing I though about being a virtualy un-solveable problem is the voltage difference from consol to consol. . . . . but since the controller block would have to different from consol to consol I MIGHT think of a way to have the controller ...

I was thinking about makinga portable (well duh) and I have bean thinking about this: INTERCHANGEABLE PARTS! it would be realy cool for like technolagy enhancements and such, it would be able to make a docking station possible. (sorry for not explaining very good, my mind is cloudy right now)
