what model AA1? I didn't know they came with bluetooth. I am interested in the Screen and Keyboard (I have an AA1 with a busted both, doing quite well as a WHS) I would like to have replacements. Package deal?

Thanks for the info, I will be building a Pelican Case Xbox360 and was fearing I would have to redraw the cases based of their 3 listed Measurements. This will be a huge timesaver as i pre-engineer the build. Anyone know where to get CAD drawings of a Xbox360 internals?

Sounds like you have dpi issues.
Scanners are highres 300-2400dpi
Screens are somewhere around 70ish up to 100ish
illustrator has a setting for the file you are working with
if your scan is 6 x the actual size it is possible that the scan is ...

The short answer.. Lay a ruler next to your object to scan.
The long one.. You then have the required reference to scale. Cnc might need a cad based file so whatever you scan will need to be vectorized. Difference from a raster image produced by a scanner (dots per inch) and a vector drawing (which ...
